शाओमी का रेडमी नोट 5 स्मार्टफोन धीरे-धीरे चीनी ब्रांड के लिए बहु-प्रतीक्षित स्मार्टफोन बन गया है। एक थर्ड पार्टी ऑनलाइन रिटेलर पर देखे जाने के बाद, अब रेडमी नोट 5 को इसके घरेलू बाज़ार में देखा गया है। लगता है कथित शाओमी रेडमी नोट 5 में 18:9 आस्पेक्ट रेशियो वाला डिस्प्ले होगा। और इसी के साथ कंपनी की रेडमी नोट सीरीज़ में बेज़ल लेस डिस्प्ले भी आ जाएगा।
वीबो पर लीक हुई एक नई तस्वीर में शाओमी रेडमी नोट 5 स्मार्टफोन होने का दावा किया गया है। यह हैंडसेट मीयूआई 9.7.9.26 वर्ज़न पर चलते देखा जा सकता है। लीक तस्वीर से कुछ स्पेसिफिकेशन का भी खुलासा हुआ है। फोन में स्नैपड्रैगन 625 प्रोसेसर, 4000 एमएएच बैटरी, 12 मेगापिक्सल रियर कैमरा और एंड्रॉयड 7.1.2 नूगा होने की उम्मीद है।
पिछली लीक की तरह ही, रेडमी नोट 5 में एक 5.99 इंच डिस्प्ले होने की उम्मीद है जो एक फुल एचडी+ स्क्रीन रिज़ॉल्यूशन (1080x2160 पिक्सल) के साथ आएगा। इसके अलावा, लीक तस्वीर से हैंडसेट में 64 जीबी इनबिल्ट स्टोरेज होने का भी पता चलता है।
इसके अलावा, फोन में एक 5 मेगापिक्सल फ्रंट कैमरा होने की भी ख़बरें हैं। स्मार्टफोन को 3 जीबी रैम/32 जीबी स्टोरेज और 4 जीबी रैम/64 जीबी स्टोरेज वेरिएंट में लॉन्च किया जा सकता है। फोन डुअल सिम सपोर्ट करेगा लेकिन हाइब्रिड सिम स्लॉट के साथ आ सकता है।
याद दिला दें कि, शाओमी ने अपनी नोट 4 सीरीज़ के अपग्रेड वेरिएंट के तौर पर रेडमी नोट 5 सीरीज़ का पहला स्मार्टफोन शाओमी रेडमी नोट 5ए चीन में लॉन्च किया था। स्मार्टफोन को अगस्त में पेश किया गया था और यह दो वेरिएंट (स्टैंडर्ड एडिशन और हाई एडिशन) में तीन रैम व स्टोरेज विकल्प के साथ मिलता है। फोन के 2 जीबी रैम/16 जीबी स्टोरेज की कीमत 699 चीनी युआन (करीब 6,700 रुपये) जबकि फिंगरप्रिंट स्कैनर और अपग्रेड स्पेसिफिकेशन वाले दो प्रीमियम वेरिएंट के 3 जीबी रैम/32 जीबी स्टोरेज की कीमत 899 चीनी युआन (करीब 8,600 रुपये) और 4 जीबी रैम/64 जीबी स्टोरेज वेरिएंट की कीमत 1,199 चीनी युआन (करीब 11,500 रुपये) है।
