When a new top-level domain launches, there are different phases for registration. If you want to check availability of .dev names, understand pricing, and register your name please check with your chosen domain registrar or check back here for a full list of participating registrars at the start of Early Access in February 2019.

Sunrise for .dev. This means if you are a trademark owner and your trademark has been submitted to the Trademark Clearinghouse, you can register your domain in this phase.

Early Access

February 19, 2019 - February 28, 2019
Early Access for .dev. This means you can pay a higher price to secure your desired .dev domain early. Check back here for a list of participating registrar partners. Prices decrease the closer we get to General Availability.

General Availability

February 28, 2019 onwards
General Availability for .dev registrations. This means anyone can register an available .dev domain without paying extra fees.
